Travels from the C Street Transfer Center (CTC) towards the College Park community via Saviers Rd. and Pleasant Valley Rd. every 45-50 minutes. Allows for transfers at the CTC to the following routes: 1, 3, 8, 18A (High School Tripper) and 21.
