Travels from the Esplanade to the Riverpark and Oxnard College communities via Oxnard Blvd., Ventura Blvd. and Rose Ave. every hour. Allows for transfers from two different points: Routes 6 and 15 from the Esplanade and routes 7, 8 and 23 from Oxnard College and VCTC routes at both points. This is an interlined route; will continue as route 23 at the end of the line at Esplanade & Spur.
