GCTD will begin operating Route 18B in the morning to provide service to Oxnard and Pacifica High School. Route 18B will provide service to stops on 5th Street, Oxnard High School, Gonzales Road, and Pacifica High School. The trip will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ONLY. Route 19 and Route 4A will still be an option to students traveling to school on Wednesdays.
Route 18B is open to the general public, and only operates on school days.
School Tripper buses (Route 18) are added to specific routes during the school year to prevent overcrowding due to an increase in student ridership. Students can use this service in addition to our fixed route bus service to get to their school. School Tripper service is a limited-stop service that is coordinated with the school's morning and afternoon bell schedule, in addition to early dismissal days. This service is open to the public.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current staff shortages, these schedules are not always guaranteed. It is best to call our Customer Service Center in advance of your trip or check real time schedule information here.
